UAE Delivery

Orders across the United Arab Emirates are typically delivered within 1–3 working days after dispatch.

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above the minimum order value (if applicable). Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

At the Time of Delivery

If you receive a package that appears tampered with, damaged, or opened, please do not accept the delivery.

Contact our Customer Care team immediately with your Order ID and photos of the package. We will investigate the issue and arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution at no additional cost, where applicable.

Payments are processed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham).

When Do I Need to Self-Ship a Return?

In some locations, our courier partners may not offer a reverse pickup service. If reverse pickup is unavailable, you will be required to ship the product back to us.
